In Motion Support has implemented a Service Management System certified under the ISO 20000-1:2018 standard, which is constantly improving, allowing us to measure the level of satisfaction of our clients and the effectiveness of our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Service Management System that supports the provision of technological Services for: Support of technological platforms and applications, defined in the current service catalogue, which ensure the continuity of the client’s business processes.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Organization provides support and management services for IT platforms, which contribute to the availability and continuity of the platforms associated with the business processes of its clients, through the application of systematic practices in continuous evaluation and improvement, with the support of a team of certified professionals in continuous training.<\/span><\/p>\n

For this, the Organization undertakes to ensure the proper management of services and to obtain customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements in accordance with the objectives that we have set ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n
