In Motion Support has implemented a Quality Management System certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which is in the process of continuous improvement, which allows us to measure the level of satisfaction of our clients and the effectiveness of our services.

“At In Motion we are committed to delivering services based on processes in constant review and improvement of their effectiveness. We ensure that they comply with the legal and functional requirements and with the commitments agreed with our clients and workers. We apply globally recognized practices for the administration of IT platforms”.

 

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

The objectives are constituted in the concrete commitment that each of the members of the organization assumes to transform the strategic vision of our company into a fact.

These objectives are:

  • “Systematically improve the effectiveness of the processes of the Quality Management System”.
  • “Apply globally recognized practices for the administration of IT platforms, also complying with current regulations.”
  • All the organization’s quality objectives are measured, providing a consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement. The General Manager annually determines the goal that the indicators must reach to achieve, maintain and improve compliance with these objectives.
